Release Notes

Full FastConnect V3 release history — each version covers 3 parts: API, SDK, and Portal. The Sample/Tutorial repo is not versioned independently and is continuously updated alongside the latest SDKs.

v3.3.2 — 2026-10-20

API:

  • WebSocket API officially released — place/amend/cancel orders, conditional orders (FCO) and account lookups (positions, max buy/sell, balances, order book) over a single WebSocket connection, with subscriptions for order and account notifications. Requires a separate scope with the tradingws:*:* prefix.
  • New Batch Order — place or cancel up to 50 orders in a single call, via REST (trade-order-batch-place, trade-order-batch-cancel) or the WebSocket API (order.batchNew, order.batchCancel). Includes replay protection (batchRequestTime), idempotency by batchRequestId, and a signature over the entire request.
  • New Corporate Actions API — query corporate action events (dividends, bonus shares, additional issuance, ...) by securities symbol and time range.
  • New trade.index WebSocket topic — receive realtime index values. Subscribing to trade.vn30 only returns the stocks in the VN30 basket; use trade.index.VN30 to receive the index's own value. See Sub/Unsub Market Data.
  • New indexsummary WebSocket topic — receive realtime index summary information: index value and change, number of advancing/declining/unchanged/ceiling/floor stocks, and total matched and put-through volume and value. Requires the stream:DATA:indexsummary scope.

SDK:

  • Python v3.3.2 (2026-10-20)
  • .NET v3.3.2 (2026-10-20)
  • Node.js v3.3.2 (2026-10-20)
  • Go v3.3.2 (2026-10-20)
  • Breaking change: the Trading WebSocket is no longer experimental and moves into the main public API of all four SDKs. Python: from ssi_sdk.experimental import ... becomes from ssi_sdk import .... .NET: using SsiSdk.Experimental; becomes using SsiSdk;. Node.js: @ssi.developer/ssi-sdk/experimental becomes @ssi.developer/ssi-sdk. Go: package .../v3/experimental becomes .../v3/tradingws. The old namespaces were removed without an alias, so update your imports when upgrading. Names, signatures and behaviour are unchanged.
  • Added Corporate Actions to the Market Data service in all four SDKs (today and a past date range of at most 5 days), see Corporate Actions API.
  • Tutorials: added tutorial 19 — Corporate Actions and updated the Trading WebSocket samples to the new imports.

Portal:

  • Added documentation and specifications for the WebSocket API, Batch Order, the Corporate Actions API and the trade.index and indexsummary topics on the Developer Portal.
